  let me tell you something about live nation... this site sucks assholes... i have been trying to redeem my fuckin tickets for the past 24 hours... all these fuckers that dont even listen to this music are getting all the tickets. the shitty page is down it wont let me redeem them. this is the worst... i have never missed an ozzfest ever and now i am going to ... ozzy you ass i think your plan backfired on you... now there will be scalpers for your tickets... and me as a dumb ass will probably buy them/.... you need to fix the problem... live nation blows

  This process is so damn lame! I have two codes, one from the pre-sale and an online code. All last week I read the pre-sale wasn't happening and everyonr gets tix on Tues. Come to find out Tues. that the pre-sale did happen and could not get through the site all damn day! I know a lot of people are really pissed! I've been to every Ozzfest and then some and I'm sweating getting these free tix? And all the assholes who don't even listen to this shit gets tix and then sells them! Live Nation should consult with someone who can actually think and realize that everyone who went and got codes ahead of time should register and get the tix emailed! Why not avoid this mismanaged process? Live Nation isn't even open for redeeming tix this morning. I and every other loyal fan who got shut out is owed a ticket. I don't care what anyone says, the loyal should be rewarded, maybe they'll learn for next time.

  Boston must have been easier than most. I got the code online, waited till the 12th,went online 5 min,got open air seats. Done no hassle. I can't believe all the stress.

  I am really sad...I bought the CD and my code was used - I tried again yesterday and all the tickets are gone...it doesnt look like all the fans are going to get to go - unless you buy them from the scalpers!!

  JUST TO LET YA ALL KNOW I GOT ONE TICKET ON THE LAWN I SIGNED RIGHT IN AND GOT ONE WHILE MY FIANCE SAT FOR HOURS UNTIL IT BUMPED HIM OUT AND HE NEVER GOT ONE CANT SEE GOING BY MYSELF

  ya id be kinda nice to get tickets but livenation clerly sucks the nut..NO ONE I KNOE IS ABLE TO GET TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....it gives us this rediculous error message and quite frankly its pissing me off..i want my fucking ozzfest tickets
