  I got all the way through the process of getting my tickets to ozzfest in Devore ca and when I went to print them out I was having prblems printing them I never got a confirmation to reprint them like so many other of my friends did..all I'm asking for is to have that chance to reprint them and I want my confirmation letter telling me step by step how to do that. I perchased the CD so I could get my tickets 4 days early and I want the tickets I was given.....or maybe because it was ur mistake for this crap I could at least get my tickets upgraded to the pit or better yet meet ozzy himself. I am disabled and it would be my dream for me to get back stage and meet the band. We need to do something about this situation ASAP please because the time is getting nearer

  I have been going to ozzfest for years and ,i have perchased the new cd to get tickets . when i tryed to down load my tickets there was no link to do so . i feal like i was riped off ,i have also tryed to perchase some and cant find them .just think that every one that wanted to go got f... ed .

  I don't care who says what anyone says about the ticket process. I thought it was great! I finally got a seat close to the stage. I'MM GOING TO SEE OZZY!! up close.Thanks whoever.(Sharon)

  Yeah there's nothing like POOR marketing & poor planning. There should have been another way to do this successfully. All of us poor fools who had pre-sale CD codes or who sat at the computer & got kicked out 67 times will be sitting at home with our proverbial thumbs you know where!

  OK so what is goin on.... i got my code and everything and then it tells me to go to livenations and then click on REDEEM CODE... where might that be at? cause i never saw it... i am really dissapointed in Ozzfest this year.. my brother went last year or the year before i dont remember and this year i was gonna go with him.. but i can not find out how to get my damn tickets. its says it comes with 2 free tickets.. well where are they? i really really wanna go so help me out PLEASEEEE cause all livenations.com says is to bid here.. but isnt it suppose to be free?
