CAMDEN PARKING REFUNDS BEING ISSUED NOW

Ozzfest Camden Ticketholders,

For those of you that paid $25 to park in a Susquehanna Bank Center parking lot, Live Nation again apologizes for this mistake to The Ozzfest and our fans.

To receive a refund, please do the following:

1) Send an email to [email protected]

2) Put “Ozzfest Camden Parking Refund” in the subject line

3) In the body of the email, enter the name you’d like the check to be made out to, your full mailing address and the letter followed by the number found on your parking ticket. If possible include a scan of your parking ticket.

So what's up with the parking refund we were promised? I emailed all requested info on 8/24, but no check or confirmation from LiveNation - what gives?

You could have gotten your lawn tickets for $10 if you waited even longer! No parking FEE, didn't eat there, didn't drink there - $10 Ozzfest - PRICELESS!

Make sure your scan isn't too large.

I sent my email with a scan with no trouble. If you're having trouble make sure your scan is not large, many email servers reject these. My scan was about 150kB in .jpg form. You might be able to use Windows built in 'Paint' program to save it as a jpg. BTW, some of the lots further away from the venue are likely not part of the arena. They might not have been giving out any tickets.

sent in for the refund, went through, haven't received a sent failure...as a side note awesome show in Camden! Always love coming to the Susquehanna Bank Center and Ozzy rocked as always. Thanks to Ozzy and all for attempting to refund a mistake

WTF

was charged $39.50 ea for 6 lawn tickets in presale = $237; was charged $25 to park = total $262 !!!! should have waited a couple months could have gotten 2 lawn 4 packs for $15 each and saved $117 and had 2 extra tickets-not to mention the prices of drinks & food - now because the woman at the gate where we parked didn't give us a parking ticket I can't even get the $25 back

the worst area i have ever went to see a concert. venue was OK,but what a down trodden area. i love ozzy,but sharon please,play in or about NYC,the largest market in the world

I keep receiving "delivery failure" notice when I send an email to the provided address.

I paid 25 that i knew we werent supposed to be charged and followed the refund directions and also got the failure notice with a different email sent it to that with the scanned ticket and again failure notice, now what?

When I arrived, I showed them the post from the Ozzfest site re. all-inclusive tickets. They said it was a mistake, and that I could either pay $25 to park or go away. ******* nasty assholes!
