I think its funny that Ozzy picked the one state he was banned from for awhile for pissing on a insignificant building called the Alamo to put the concert in!

Its true. Ozzy is tired, he is coming off of something like a 14 month tour. The man needs a break.
Not to mention if Ozzfest was an actual TOUR almost none of the bands would be able to do it. Almost all the bands are doing tours this summer. If it was more then a one day thing, they couldn't come.
