its funny
they whine about wanting to be big
but they have this HUGE documentary and get LOADS of play on VH1
if thats not success i dont know what is
to me it seems as if they have stepped into the mainstream music world these past few years

They have one of the top 20 best selling setlists for Rock Band, which considering there are over 150 sets now, with bands such as Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Rush, Blondie, and the Cars.

yeah they are some what huge now. but they have been touring for like 30 years now and working shitty jobs to support it. I think they deserve to be huge now!

The reason they never caught on all these years is quite frankly, they just arent that good. They arent horrible, they are a band that is just kind if there. And they were allways kind of thought of as a bunch of goofs and were more known for the guitar who played guitar on stage with a dildo or vibrator oewhatever.

It nice to see them obtain some success now after this documentary as a reward for hanging in all these years, they seem like decet enough guys. I have owned their Metal on Metal cd for years, and play it occassionally, its decent pop metal but nothing special.

Some people are getting the impression they never got popular cause they never caught any breaks, myself I think its because they are a very ordinary band at best.
