Great show! Wish I had got to see devildriver though cuz I was already watching the main stage. I got so sun burned and the view was great from the VIP lounge.

This is exciting as hell for me! I've seen both Ozz and Metallica but this year, my 13 year-old that grew up listening his mom's heavy-metal music and LOVES it, is going t see these bands.
So I won't be down in the mosh pit this year but I will be there bringing a new generation to this!
Ozzy here we come!!!!!!!!

I have seen both Ozzy and Metallica several times, it is my expert oponion that they both deserve the main stage as the last act. Ozzy is a class act for allowing Metallica to headline OZZFEST and you ahve to give him credit for that. I can assure you that this one time event will be a concert of a lifetime and anyone seeing these bands for the first time is going to be blown away!!! I cant wait, we have great seats, and plan to arrive to the show just in time to see Hell yeah and the special tribute.

i have seen metallica two time i will say the first time was real good they rocked but the second time they wher on bar stules playing and they realy sucked and i won't go in to it any way u say ride the lighting yes they where great then but st.anger come on guys since the black cd they went down hill then way way change metallica is not the same band the osbourne's did not change ozz in any way money did not change ozz in any way he has been a icon since he was 18 years old. james is no where near the front man the ozzy and sabbath show ive seen blow away the metallica show i seen and that is a fact ozz is the real deal wish i could say the same for metallica hope they do come out with a new rocking cd..... ozz tho been making them from 70 on................so don't come on here saying things that make u look stupid!!!

I agree. Not to take ANYTHING away from Ozz, but Metallica is a much better performance. Having said that, it is HIS event. Perhaps, he is a realist and is able to give Metallica their props and wants the end to hit the high note. Rock on Ozz and Metallica!

For everyone saying that Ozzy should play after Metallica, you've obviously never seen a Metallica show. Ozzy is alright, but he's nowhere near the caliber Metallica is, they destroy any band on stage performance and getting the crowd amped up. Ozzy sometimes stutters during a song and forgets the lyrics. Also, everyone saying that Metallica are sell outs and Ozzy is not, Ozzy was on Mtv for two or three years with the Osbournes....if that's not someone selling out I don't know what is. Too many young people who haven't listened to records like Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets don't know what they're talking about.

How the hell is all this gonna work? Almost all of the bands towards the afternoon are playing very close, if not at the same time. Don't make me choose!!! Also, what the FUCK, is up with Metllica being after Ozzy? Ozzy always closes. That's FUCKED!! UP!!

Metallica is the greatest metal band of all time. Ozzy hasn't put out anything decent since he Randy died and i'll be surprised if he can even hobble on stage. FUCK YEAH 'TALLICA!
