Due to unfortunate circumstances Mondo Generator had to drop off of the remaining dates of Ozzfest 2007. However, we are thrilled to announce that DevilDriver will now be destroying the 2nd Stage in that now vacant posistion. DevilDriver will join the tour at Thursday's show in Dallas and will perform on all remaining dates of Ozzfest 2007.

The "Headbanger's Ball" debut of IN THIS MOMENT's striking new video for "Beautiful Tragedy" is set for this Saturday, July 14. Directed by Robert Hall, whose special effects company, Almost Human Inc, is responsible for special makeup design in the upcoming feature film "Superbad," the video features lead singer Maria Brink falling asleep in a bathtub and slipping into a surreal nightmare where a dark, evil figures looms amidst the burnt landscapes. The video is also up on the the OzTV Page. (make 'OzTV Page be a hot link to that page)
Commented guitarist Chris Howorth: "We spent a little more time on this new video. It's got more of a storyline with the live-action element. The shoot took place in the mountains near Santa Clarita, California, where there was a recent forest fire. It was a really different vibe."
Currently touring as part of the much-talked about free Ozzfest 2007 with metal's most celebrated and colorful acts, IN THIS MOMENT will play to an audience press were curious to figure out themselves. "We didn't know what to think," Howorth said. "It's packed. They were so loud! If today is an indication of how the rest of the tour is going to be, it is going to be one of the best tours to date."
Keeping busy on the tour front, IN THIS MOMENT will play with Megadeth and The Confession on a nationwide trek soon after Ozzfest. "Being direct support for Megadeth is a dream," Howorth says. "It's up there with Ozzfest. They're one of my favorite bands of all time. We're really excited to be playing. A lot of Megadeth fans will discover us for the first time."

LORDI is now appearing on Monsters HD (the first 24/7 commercial-free all horror channel that broadcasts in 1080i high definition) both online and on the network starting today in the spirit of the celebrated horror holiday -- Friday, the 13th!
You can view the interview with LORDI online at www.MonstersHD.com (make sure to maximize the screen on the player located underneath the TV screen) or tune into the Monsters HD channel on the Dish Network or Cablevision.
The piece will begin airing between movies during the network's Friday the 13th marathon this evening at 8:35 PM (EST) and will continue throughout the rest of the summer to promote their appearance on Ozzfest (scrolling tourdates, including off-dates, can be seen at the end of the interview).

As the first OZZfest show at the White River Amphitheatre in Seattle on July 12 is just one week away we wanted to pass along some helpful information.
Firstly, for those are you still looking for tickets, there are still free OZZfest tickets available via Monster Energy drink promotions (www.MonsterEnergy.com) and local radio stations. We ask that you do not buy tickets from websites like EBAY or CRAIGSLIST as you may unwittingly become victims of ticket scams. Also, those people who are selling tickets are just trying to make a quick buck and are not the true OZZfest fans.
As an added bonus, there will be on-site ticket upgrades available via on site sponsor booths to early concertgoers. Also remember there are still VIP packages available for purchase on www.ozzfest.com with a portion of the proceeds going to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Secondly, for everyone that is holding tickets, we want to ensure a smooth entry into the shows so we are asking the following:
1. Please do not turn up at Ozzfest if you do not have a ticket as you won’t be able to get in. It’s a free show for those who possess tickets.
2. Please do not try to print multiple copies of the same ticket as only one person (the first to enter with that unique bar code) will be granted entry.

When purchasing tickets from outside sources (like Ebay) for this year’s OZZFEST, please be aware that there is no guarantee that those tickets are legitimate and will gain you entry to OZZFEST. Unfortunately, there are instances where people are just looking to make a quick buck and may do any of the following (either innocently or deliberately):
There is no guarantee the seller is not selling multiple copies of the same tickets or may have innocently revealed their barcode online for others to copy. Only the person who first presents the ticket barcode will get through the doors. All others using the same barcode will be denied.
So please be careful when purchasing tickets and try not to let this happen to you.
